·Any reasonable reason such as performance delay or store cancellation, bad weather or similar disaster

取消及退款说明
· Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (other personal factors)

· If you cancel the reservation 5 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, 50% refund will be given.
· If you cancel the reservation 4 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, 30% refund will be given.

· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
